Electrical Controls Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering desired but not required. Electrical Controls Engineers must have experience with AutoCad 2002 or higher, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic design and also electrical panel design.

Controls Technician

Fully trained Controls Technicians will work from blueprints, while working in close tolerances and with a variety of hand and power tools to build Special Machinery. The Controls Technicians will have versatile skills and in-depth knowledge of:

  • Panel building
  • Point to point wiring/terminating
  • Pulling cable and wires runs in seal tight and routing from main control cabinet to auxiliary equipment
  • Must own basic personal electrical hand tools
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial automation wiring/panel building 
Boring Mill Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Boring Mill Machinist for 1st shift!

  • Must have own tools including micrometers, calipers, indicators and depth gauges
  • Must be able to read blue prints both metric and English
  • Must be able to hold tight tolerances up to +/- .0005
  • Must have experience with G-Code and CNC Controls.
  • Candidates must be able to make frequent and complicated set-ups, work to close tolerances, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Familiarity with cutting tools; their applications and uses; and other tools associated with Boring Mill equipment and machine work.
  • Familiarity with required hand tools; their applications and uses; and safe handling requirements
Bridgeport Machinist

Ideal candidate will be able to set up and operate Bridgeport with either Prototrak or Acu-rite controller with 2 and 3 axis. This is a 1st shift position!

  • Plan machining by following work orders, reading blueprints, understanding materials and other specifications.
  • Make changes to feeds and speeds and trouble shoot any issues at the machine.
  • Perform in-process inspection at the machines and document results.
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills, team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. 
  • Willingness to perform a wide variety of assignments including but not limited to customer equipment repair, trouble shooting and assembly work.
  • Manufacture small and large parts from start to finish.
  • Be versatile and willing to move to different work areas throughout the shop as required.
  • Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
Machine Builder

We are looking for Machine Builders with previous experience building complex equipment and tooling assemblies. Must have the ability to operate hand tools and basic machine tools and must understand standard assembly practices. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and some basic electronics is a plus) additional mechanical or technical schooling is preferred.

Strong candidates for this position will meet the following qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience assembling/building complex machinery
  • Some electric knowledge and welding experience a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints/schematics
  • Understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic systems
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a small team
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Comfortable working with and around large, heavy parts
  • Experience with overhead cranes/hoists
  • Must supply own tool box with basic hand tools
  • Some travel involved
